A healthy, miniature sandwich. Made with wholegrain bread, slices of Landana Jersey Gouda MILD cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. A great addition to lunch and a fantastic party snack.
Ingredients for 6 mini sandwiches:
- 5 slices of wholegrain or white bread
- 6 slices of Landana Jersey Gouda MILD
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
Preparation:
- Use a round cutter to cut 10 circles out of the bread.
- Starting with one of the slices of bread, top it with lettuce, tomato, Landana Jersey MILD cheese and a slice of cucumber, before topping it with a second slice of bread.
- Stick a skewer through the mini sandwich and serve on a board.
