6 Landana Jersey mini sandwiches

Preparation time: 10 min.

A healthy, miniature sandwich. Made with wholegrain bread, slices of Landana Jersey Gouda MILD cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. A great addition to lunch and a fantastic party snack.

Ingredients for 6 mini sandwiches:

  • 5 slices of wholegrain or white bread
  • 6 slices of Landana Jersey Gouda MILD
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. Use a round cutter to cut 10 circles out of the bread.
  2. Starting with one of the slices of bread, top it with lettuce, tomato, Landana Jersey MILD cheese and a slice of cucumber, before topping it with a second slice of bread.
  3. Stick a skewer through the mini sandwich and serve on a board.
