DIFFERENT Gouda
Landana Jersey Gouda is made from 100% whole milk obtained from Dutch Jersey cows. The milk from these docile, fawn-colored Dutch Jersey cows is very special. The whole milk from the Jersey cow is not skimmed first, so in effect it goes straight from the cow into the cheese. This gives Landana Jersey Gouda a completely DIFFERENT unique taste: full, rich and extra creamy. In line with Dutch traditions, the cheese is left to ripen on wooden shelves. Depending on the length of the ripening process, this results in the following types of unique Gouda: MILD and MATURE.

Landana Holland Jersey Gouda MILD has a mild, full creamy taste and is naturally ripened on wooden shelves for approx. 8-10 weeks.
Gouda 50% fat i.d.m., ca. 11.5 kg wheel.
Freshly cut and also available as a 250 g wedge or sliced in 150-200 g packs.
Jersey Gouda MATURE
Landana Holland Jersey Gouda MATURE has a unique, full-bodied, characteristic taste and is naturally ripened for 16-20 weeks to perfection.
Gouda 50% fat i.d.m., ca. 11.5 kg wheel.
Freshly cut and also available as a 250 g wedge or sliced in 150-200 g packs.
Jersey Gouda OLD
Landana Jersey OLD has a rich, fully matures and tangy flavor. The cheese is ripened for at least one year on wooden shelves according to Dutch cheese makers' tradition.
Landana Jersey Cheese X.O
Landana Jersey X.O. has a sensational, strong, extra matured and creamy taste. The cheese is naturally ripened on wooden shelves for at least 18 months.
Landana Jersey Cheese Prepacked Wedges
Landana Jersey Cheese is also prepacked available as wedge of 250/180 g. The packaging is easy to open and can be found in the refrigerated cheese section of the supermarket.
Landana Jersey Cheese Prepacked Slices
Landana Jersey Cheese is also available in slices. Packed in a well recloseable packaging of 125/150 g or bulk packaging of 500 g. Simple and very easy to use.
